Changes.

I’ve decided to leave the realms of absolute personal “life blogging” and for that I offer my sincerest apologies. There was no one catalyst that brought this on, I simply tired of trying to keep up with myself and trying not to inadvertently injure someone who is/was connected to me in some way. This site will remain and I will still post regularly the only real difference is that it won’t be anything of a personal nature with the exception of a handful of photos here and there…
This site is now becoming what it should have been all along: content and writing.
Here you will find my digital arts, graphics, photo manipulations and edits. You may find scans of my traditional media work from time to time as well as my fiction, poetry and op/ed articles. You’ll also find a collection of my Wordpress themes for download and my Blackberry themes as well. If I have the time I’ll even upload some regular HTML web layouts though the plain HTML site seems to be going the way of the Dodo bird these days…
Not a lot is going to change really, I just don’t wish to be quite so open with my personal life and experiences at this time and likely in the future as well. I’m going to be here but this will perhaps be a chattier place with bits from my creative side and my thoughts on news articles and current events.
My main goal is really just to share my arts, themes and thoughts. I hope you all understand.
This post is my way of laying it all out on the table, you’re more than welcome to stick around and chat still but if you were hoping for more deeply personal tidbits, I’m sorry, you’ll have to go somewhere else from now on. I DO want to chat about daily events though and I DO want to share creative thoughts and experiences with you, so please–stick around! I really DO care, I’m just exhausted by the whole idea of “overshare” and really, aren’t you as well?

I can understand that life blogging can be somewhat draining, hence the interest in Facebook and other forms of social networking that aren’t so content driven. Still, we’re probably all hoping that you to continue to blog in some forum.

@X. Dell, there were so many factors involved in this decision, one of the stronger ones being a certain former partner of mine and some of his family who were a bit more aggressive than really was necessary, as in: they were getting angry about non post related topics and pasting horribly insulting/threatening comments repeatedly on posts for which they had no context at all. There was also the fact that these days, things have been either incredibly mundane or chaotically busy and either circumstance made it nearly impossible to really explain in a bloggy manner… There was/is more but I’ll drop you a quiet email to explain further :heart: and yeah, I’m still addicted to Twitter and as much as I hate facebook–it keeps me in touch with some of my long distance family so I guess you take the good with the bad sometimes, lol, but thankfully I can completely lock the offenders out of my facebook and believe me when I say it has them nearly apoplectic!
I wish people would just leave you alone. Exes are exes for a reason.

@rage, I agree! But really, this was a long time in the works. I just don’t have much to say nowadays.. I’m still going to be blogging here, regularly, and I will update with pics and various bits of opinion, whatnot. But I’m leaving out sensitive stuff because I’m just sick to death of the idiot posse following everything I say/do. They’ll be reported to the authorities from here on out, I’ve been instructed to save server files and other related materials as well.
